Olzai () is a village and comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about north of Cagliari and about southwest of Nuoro. It has 752 inhabitants.

Olzai borders the municipalities of Austis, Nughedu Santa Vittoria, Ollolai, Ottana, Sarule, Sedilo, Sorradile, and Teti.
