Seui (Sardinian and ) is a town and comune (municipality) in the Province of Ogliastra in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about north of Cagliari and about southwest of Tortolì. It has 1,137 inhabitants.

Seui borders the municipalities of Arzana, Escalaplano, Esterzili, Gairo, Perdasdefogu, Sadali, Seulo, Ulassai, and Ussassai.
